VB–G RAM G: Government Notifies 375 Permissible Works The Ministry of Rural Development has notified a new Schedule of Permissible Works under the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin), commonly referred to as VB–G RAM G. The new framework contains 375 permissible works, compared with 266 works under the earlier framework. This represents an expansion of approximately 41%. The works are organised under four broad areas: The government said the revised framework is intended to strengthen rural infrastructure while linking employment creation with long-term community assets and climate resilience.
